That any device has been designed, manufactured, engineered or tested.
That voice instruction improves safety, speed or training time — no measurement exists.
That it replaces formal safety training, statutory instruction or professional certification.
That any company uses it. There are no pilots, customers or agreements.
That speech recognition works reliably in noisy working environments — this is an open research question.
