The problem

Shift changes lose what the last shift knew.

A short spoken record for the next shift.

That any device has been designed, manufactured, engineered or tested.
That handover reduces incidents, errors or lost time — no measurement exists.
That it is suitable for clinical or medical handover. Regulated healthcare settings are explicitly out of scope.
That any company uses it. There are no pilots, customers or agreements.
That speech recognition works reliably in noisy or quiet-voiced environments — an open research question.
